I don't.
I won't.
I haven't.
I'm not.
Promise.
Believe me?
Because they don't.

Life Lessons.
Time flew by. Life has been crazy. I never ever would have guessed everything that has happened to me this past month and a half. I've had dreams come true, dreams crushed, and I’ve realized new dreams. I feel like I've been living a dream, in that half the time it doesn't seem real- its too good to be true or too awful to comprehend.
The other night I was in my room and my world felt like it had just ended, I had just gotten off the phone with my parents and was talking to my roommates about the recent heartbreak, when I get a text telling me about a tragedy that happened to my best friends family. I was shocked. Numb. I stopped crying. And I started laughing, hysterically, like a certified crazy person. I couldn't believe how quickly life could change from being perfect one day, to crashing down until if felt like there was nothing left to live for.
But you know what I'm learning? It’s the strong ones in life that get the trials thrown at them. Why? Because they can handle it, they can learn and grow from their trials. We can know there is always something to look forward to, something to live for and be excited about. Whether it’s a warm day in the frozen tundra of Idaho, the excitement of starting a new semester, or being able to talk to old friends, there is always something to look forward to.
And I always have something to be grateful for, like godsend friends and roommates who did everything in their power to cheer me up on my birthday. I will always be in their debt for getting me through that day. And my family, I’ve never appreciated or loved them as much as I do now.
So here’s to this past month. Here’s to showing me what I’m made of, showing me how much I’m loved, and how much I have going for me. And here’s to all those that love and support me, I’ve needed you and you’ve been there for me.
Thanks.

Attractive Couple, Are we not?
Meet Spencer. We're pretty darn cute together aren't we?
Anyways, this semester is going awesome. I'm busy. A lot busier then I thought I would be! I'm currently taking a break while listening to Spencer play his guitar at the Crossroads(he's amazing. I love it.) to update y'all (i'm wearing a button up shirt, tucked in with a belt and boots-- I'm feeling pretty cowgirl today.). I'm taking Anatomy and Physiology 2 this semester, along with a Renaissance art class. I'm loving them. I'm getting along great with my roommates, I love my new apartment. I'm keeping busy with work also.
And I got an amazing calling in my ward this semester...
Relief Society 1st Counselor.
Crazy huh?!
I love it though, I've got great girls to work with, and i'm loving getting to know the girls we're over.
This semester is the bombdiggity.
PS- What do you think of the color blue? A deep blue, or maybe a navy, or royal... But blue...

Ready.Set.GO!
2010 was a great year, the best yet. But also the scariest, most exciting, and hardest, and filled with the biggest changes. I finished High school, something I had been looking forward to for 12 years. I started College, part one of the college goal checked off (now I just need to finish it). I left the best friends I've ever had, and made some amazing new ones. I moved out, and love it.
So here are is my plan for 2011: Go to school. Complete my bucket list. Work on my goals. End the year a better person, with a bucketload of new amazing memories.
2011 Goals
Workout at least 3 times a week (Pilates, jogging, zumba, biking, etc)
Read my scriptures daily (Finishing BoM and D&C)
Daily morning and evening prayers
Keep my Blog updated
2011 Bucket list
Go to Italy
Get into the nursing program
Dance in the rain
Learn Guitar
Or maybe Tennis
Run a 5k
Teach Emily to say “Auntie Megan”
Jump in a GIANT rain puddle in my rain-boots
Stop biting my nails (nervous habbit)
Swim in the Ocean
Cook while I’m at college
Fall in love
Hike a Maple Mountain (Anyone else?)
Read 3 books of “Literary Merit”
Road-trip with friends (I wish it could be to nowhere in particular, but I like plans. And directions)
Eat only raw vegan foods
And hamburgers
…Never mind about the whole raw vegan thing
Improve on piano
Stargaze in Montana
Fly a kite in a giant wheat field
Conquer my fear of driving in the snow (ha!)
Get engaged.
Kidding, that’s next years’ goal
Ready.Set.GO!

Finally, Finals!
Finals. I've heard so much about them. I’ve always dreaded them, but looked forward to them in a sick, looking forward to complaining about them sorta way. And now they’re here. Well not officially until Thursday actually. And yet, I’ve already taken 3… So I can check Science, American Foundations and Anat. & Phys. off my list. And how many hours did I spend in library studying for them? Zero. Nil. Zilch. Nought. Why? Because two were open note, take home test. I was disappointed. I was looking forward to countless hours in the library, pulling all-nighters and forgetting to eat. Instead, this is me and Seren studying. (Well… She’s studying… I was… kinda… Does facebook and writing my blog count?)
And yes. That is a bowl of snow we’re eating. Why? It’s snowing. Again. When winter comes to Rexburg, it doesn’t leave. I haven’t seen the sun in way too long. What color is it again? Purple?
Oh, and I'll be home Saturday for Christmas Break!

Midnight Sledding
So tonight it was the lovely Hannah, Seren, and I hanging out watching Never Been Kissed…. When we looked outside at saw it snowing. Again. I swear, its been snowing daily for the past three weeks. And we knew exactly what we wanted to do. Sledding! It was 11:30 pm. So we rushed out the door. After we curled our hair, put make-up on, and spent 30 minutes getting ready…
12:00am we left our apartment and drove to this crazy campus sledding hill. This hill is ICE. Crazy fun. We spent more time on the ground laughing than sledding or climbing. Did I mention we didn’t have sleds? Garbage bags are a college girl’s best friend when she’s sledding.
So 1am we come home. Got a big bowl of snow, made hot chocolate, ate delicious biscotti (thanks mom!), and popped in another movie. Sleepover on the couch? Just maybe :)
Did I mention curfew is midnight on Saturdays? Whoops.
