As we were watching the Democratic National Convention and Obama was speaking, the camera panned out and showed a group of people on their phones. Eric sat for a second looking at that and asked "Can you vote by text?"
"No... This isn't American Idol..."
"Oh..." He sat there puzzled for a while.
So... Why can't we vote by text? Seems less complicated to me.
Did you know they were contemplating making voting available online. They made this program in D.C and put all these securites up and had a bunch of hackers see if they could hack into it and I think it only took like a few hours and someone was able to hack into the site and change all the "votes".... So.. maybe that's why?
